The Right Choice is a terrific company. My family and I have been using it for a very long time. The staff is very professional and straightforward. On Sunday when our HVAC system stopped working last week -12 degrees outside - they sent Tom and Marco to my house. They do amazing work. I highly recommend this company. God bless each of you. We are very happy with The Right Choice. In June I called them about having our ducts cleaned. Tom came out and did an excellent job. Our old system was 16 years old and obviously needed to be replaced. Since we were impressed with Tom's work and knowledge we felt good about using them for our new system. Today we had the city inspection and now we are really happy because the inspector told us it was all an excellent installation and we can definitely recommend The Right Choice to other people. I have a rental property in fort worth and my tenant called me Saturday morning complaining that the AC is not working. I found the Right Choice Heating And Air on Google and they came that same day and fixed a drain line =the guy on the phone was very nice and explained the situation. i also confirmed with my tenant that everything was fixed. to my surprise, they don't even charge weekend fees so the price wasn't that bad. i would definitely use them again
I can't Thank The right Choice Heating And Air enough for coming out on a hot day! I messaged them on Friday, within minutes I get a response and an appointment for the following day. They did their magic on our AC unit (wires were loose) and even re-taped the pipes. Came inside, did their inspection, and were out in a great time. It went very well. They were on time and professional. I had a great experience working with the company in person and over the phone. They did have to come out to fix something that broke within the warranty period but came out the day after I called and the issue was resolved quickly.
