**** is a great tech and Ridx is a great company. Have been with them for years and have never been dissatisfied.
If bobby the main guy tries to sell you a story about mosquito free guarantee... RUN! Its inaccurate and its a lie I unfortunately fell victim to.. not only did he NOT fix my mosquito issue, he did NOT fix my red ant issue(main reason I called him out because I have young kids getting bit) ant after 3 attempts too! I had to hassle him to even get response back, bad business. He tells me after the fact that him mixing ant and mosquito spray is "the reason" red ants were still here.. Then why mix Bobby??! Makes no sense and th... read more
Buyer beware because Bobby the owner does not guarantee his work so no refunds even if product does not work after multiple attempts. Don't believe his mosquito guarantee, save yourself the 75 dollars for something worthwhile

I’m very pleased with this pest control company. They are professional, courteous, and well versed at what they do. We went on vacation and a door was open so the rats decided to move into our garage then attic. Thankfully these guys are taking care of the problem. Traps in the attic, traps outside, located and closed up all entry points. We’ve caught 5 rats already. I appreciate how prompt they have been to respond to my phone calls.
