RecommendedWe came into Ridout's confused and scared. I knew nothing about planning a service for my husband. The experience was wonderful although the circumstance which brought us to Ridout's was not. The staff very friendly, helpful, patient, compassionate and professional. Misty Busic was phenomenal. Thank you to Vince shannon and the rest of the staff at ridout's trussville chapel! They really went above and beyond with my mother in laws cremation and memorial service. They really made us feel like we were their family and that my mother in law was his(Vince shannon) mother in law as well he shed tears with us as we picked everything out. During one of the worst moments in your life it was so nice to have someone as kind and loving as Misty Busic. She was very helpful in every part of our mother's funeral. She made sure everything was exactly as we desired. We are very thankful to her and Ridout's Trussville.
Such a warm , loving place . The thoughtfulness is so heartwarming . At a time of loss it is important to feel that the people helping you are wanting to make things easier for you and helping you make the decisions . Such compassionate people . Misty Busic is the sweetest !

the service Saturday was perfect. They made us feel like family and were so accommodating to anything we needed during the service. i have no words to express how wonderful the military honors was presented at the gravesite. the folding of the flag and the trumpet player was bone chilling� i couldn't ask for a better service, much less the way our family was cared for. thank you all for an amazing service!
