HORRIBLE, PATHETIC AND FILTHY...! :-( The best day of my life while living in this building was when I moved out. If I could give less than one star then I would, DON’T MOVE HERE AT ALL. It's filled with mice, insects, cockroaches and bugs. No matter how clean you keep your unit, it is always a playground for mice and cockroaches. 30 Ridge Valley Rd., is a dump. It’s a rundown building with managers that don’t care all the worry about is making the hallways and the lobby look good but they are leaving the apartments rundown full of cockroaches and bedbugs. Yes, the building is infested with bedbugs and cockroaches. The elevator doesn’t work half the time you get stuck on it and you can’t get off which is a safety hazard the back door is always broken. Come move into 30 Ridge Valley Road where every 30 days you can get inconvenience by getting your apartment sprayed for cockroaches and have mice running around shitting and eating all over everything and your windows don’t close and they leak and you hardly have any hot water in the back door never ever is locked or securein a safe and secure building. Do you think the doors would be locked all the time but they’re not they’re wide open to the public garbage all over the place in the backyard.
The best day of my life was when I moved out. Any positive reviews are lying, fake, or they have extremely low standards of living. Mice, cockroaches, carpet beetles, fire ants, broken washers and dryers, crime in the parking lots, broken or sketchy elevators, noisy and disruptive neighbours. Mold everywhere to when I finally moved out I realized I had toxicity symptoms. The windows leak and my bathroom ceiling fell in from a water leak. It took maintenance 8 months to fix it at the time. I have lived here 11 years. There are two washers amd dryers each floor and MORE THAN HALF ARE OUT OF ORDER. The mice, cockroaches and bed bugs are out of control and if you move in with furniture, it will all go to the garbage because it will also become infested and travel with you wherever you go.
