Not reccomended I lived here for two years now and it sucks! Administrations seems nice but they have no solving problem skills, the complex is full of cats without owners that do their things wherever, they constantly close the pool, your amazon packets constantly are stolen, each day you can see more homeless people around and if something breaks, they don't care! Spend a month without washer, weeks with a hole in my celling. It is not worth the money.

Great place I got to look at these apartments. They are close to good food places and good shopping. There is a target nearby.I like the 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. I also like the covered parking option especially in the summertime here in AZ. Keep the car cool.

Pick your neighbors wisely To be fair, my first floor unit has been nice. It's been the best that I've had so far. However, my overall experience has been a very poor one, due to the consistent nuisance of my noisy upstairs neighbors. I'm not only robbed of what's supposed to be my quiet enjoyment due to their loud stomping, arguing/yelling, and moving furniture during the day, I'm also having my sleep rudely interrupted as they continue their disruptive behavior during the night. Welcome to the hood I would give this place 0 stars if I could. So glad I moved out of that dump a month ago. Plumbing is old, most likely the same as when they built the building in the 80's! Water is always shut off without appropriate notice due to "valve replacements", went through 5 different management companies and property managers within the first year I was here. Horrible management. Do not live here, Buildings are old and poorly maintainted. AC leaks water, walls are thin, and at least once a month thenwater is shut off for 'emergency' repairs that always take 8 hours or more, no notice is ever given to tennants. Office staff are nasty and act like they are too busy to be bothered with their tennants.
