Verified Renter Good friendly place to stay office has a gym next to it aswell and a nice pool!!!!! Right on the corner of 51st and Peoria avenue been here 2 years
Verified Renter I have enjoyed being in my apartment at the Verve Apartments. It is clean and the staff is remarkable! They are very easy going, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful! If you have any questions, they are always right there to help!! I would recommend this complex to anyone! Very happy resident!

INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES please do you self a favor and DO NOT MOVE IN. They DO NOT CARE about you at all. All they want is to charge you for everything. Dont make the same mistake I did. Also crime is REALLY bad I do not feel safe walking around the complex (its really bad)

Verified Renter I've lived here for 5 years now and absolutely love it. This apartment complex is very quiet, neighbors are friendly. The couple times I've had to put in a work order for something to be repaired it's always been handled in a quick and friendly manner. I wouldnt even take a million dollars to move somewhere else. Thats how much I enjoy living here. Thank you management for doing an excellent job in making this such an enjoyable place to call home.
