Verified Renter Water is alerts being shut off, parking lot is disgusting, household appliances falling apart and they still wanna raise rent. I really don’t understand. Oh and your AC will be broken all summer

Not reccomended I lived here for two years now and it sucks! Administrations seems nice but they have no solving problem skills, the complex is full of cats without owners that do their things wherever, they constantly close the pool, your amazon packets constantly are stolen, each day you can see more homeless people around and if something breaks, they don't care! Spend a month without washer, weeks with a hole in my celling. It is not worth the money.
