Better customer service and quality products
We have purchased all our jewelry here for several years. My husband bought me some earrings and we wanted the twist backs on them. He called last Wednesday and was told they would be done by the end of the day. Neither of us were able to get there and then we went out of town. He went to pick them up today and they were not done. Very disappointed and told him just to get a refund. This is ridiculous.
