They forgot to have my grandmother do spirometer for the first 6 days she was there which led to her having to get a chest tube, they forgot to give her breathing exercises and percussion as well. They also did not give her medication she takes regularly when they moved her to 4th floor. Also had 2 rude nurses and lack of bedside manner. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. RecommendedMirmont treatment center is a one of a kind facility that genuinely cares about it's patients. The staff there are extremely dedicated and empathetic to the most troublesome circumstances. Mirmont helped me tremendously and is why I was able to get sober. They instruct you on what you need to do to maintain your sobriety once released and is an amazing program for anyone who is serious about overcoming addiction. 5 Stars! Plus, the food was really good too! Who would have thought?! 🙏🙏🙏🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
RecommendedRehab is first rate here. Been to several physical therapy places in the area. Bryn Mawr is by far the best.
ER is the worst. Phoenixville is much better. Might have sepsis and they could care less. Feeling light headed and ready to pass out and they say go sit in waiting room. When will I learn? Should have gone to Phoenixville.
RecommendedWe recently had our baby delivered on the 22nd of December. Words can not explain how great Paoli hospital and especially the nurses were during our visit. The nurses were AMAZING!!!!! We had several different nurses and each one treated us like we were family! We can not thank them enough for all the knowledge and support they gave us during our stay! It really help transitining this life changing event as easy as possible!
on 12-17-18 at 5:15am a nurse stole Dilaudid IV medication from me , lied about how much she administered to me, I realized the nurse only gave me 1 milligram of Dilaudid. when I confronted the nurse about the medication, she smiled and said she wouldn't steal or do anything shiesty to me, she walked away and watched my hospital room from a distance....in the future I will always watch every nurse that administers medication to me

On the front facade of the hospital facing the garage hangs a banner that says voted best patient experience in the nation. Well there must be allot of bad hospitals in the nation, unless if Mainline Health forgot to mention this hospital has the best patient experience among the nations worst of the worst hospitals. Whatever you do if you land at Paoli Hospital dont land on the fourth floor. Dying is a better option if you must. Worst nursing staff ever anywhere.
