The whole experience was pleasant. I was amazed that even the food was delicious. But I can't say enough about the nurses. Christina,Pat and Tina were great. So personable and caring...the people here truely love taking care of other people!
My husband hab a heart attack today and received awsome care in the ER, Cath. Lab & ICU. Less then 44 minutes door to Cath. Thanks all.
My 93 year old mom had surgery there in December and I just had OP surgery yesterday. I can't say enough good about the way we were both treated. My mom had dementia and can get upset easily. They treated her with respect and really know how to deal with her. A week later she was up and walking. During my surgery the nureses were so very friendly and explained everything to me on what I could expect and were so compassionate. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed a few weeks ago at Riddle Hospital, and let me tell you, it will probably remain the best procedure I've ever had, even though my teeth were being removed from my face. I've never met nurses as kind and caring as the ones here! They're patient, and they treat you with respect. I have never been so comfortable in a hospital, and I've had my fair share of visits to several. It's a very clean facility. Spent 8 days in ICU and another 5 in a regular ward. The nursing staff were terrific! They turned a really bad experience into a life changing one. Way to Go!
very disappointed with the ICU, mostly Dr Downer, the attending with the mustache, with his doom and gloom prognoses before consulting other the other doctors on the case. He's asking about living wills and he dosent even know what sedative the pt is on?, today he sends in hospice people without even talking to the family first? who is this jackass who sends in hospice before the days tests are even read by the neurologist? I big thank you for a job well done by the nurses,especially Sean at Riddle Hospital ER for taking care of me Sunday night. Even though the hospital didn't have a monitoring room for me you made me as comfortable as you could during my overnight stay.I have stayed at this hospital before and always had a wonderful experience with the staff and doctors. Even though my wife hasn't worked here for six years I still go back here for all my medical needs even though there are at least three hospitals closer to where I live.
Many thanks to the incredible ER staff, CAT scan staff, and even the Transport staff for their care and compassion during my visit on 9/22. Even in the midst of a full divert due to the strike at the other local hospitals and the influx of extra patients that came with it, the Riddle staff was able to tend to my care with great attention. Special thanks to Erica who is one of the best nurses who has ever helped me. I feel fortunate to live so close to a first class health facility and will continue to recommend your services... read more
