In May, I spent 8 days in Bryn Mawr Hospital, six of them in ICU. The nurses took over from the first minute I arrived. They knew I was afraid, but I also found out quickly that I was in excellent hands. The nurses were the most professional and very devoted to the care of their patients. So incredibly thankful to the amazing nurses, doctors and staff in the ER today that helped take care of my son! Truly humbled by those in the medical profession - thank you doesn't seem enough. Bryn Mawr ER is the best for pediatrics.
I've never waited so long for a pre-scheduled appointment in my life. If it wasn't for my child I would have left. I don't get ticked off easily but this pissed me off so bad that I will never make an appointment there again.
The hospital itself is great... parking is atrocious and not enough handicapped spots.
As a parent of a special needs adult who came in for a specific need. We were filled with anxieties and hesitation, But all the staff in SPU were amazing! From the check in to discharge ! Went above and beyond! True healthcare professionals! More than 5 star!
Had the misfortune of being seen in Nuclear Medicine today. Never again. Some of the staff were inept and uncaring. One, in particular, was dismissive, after she enquired if I had pain, and I said I did. Why ask. if you don't care, and she clearly didn't. It doesn't take 5 tries to start an IV, or, at least, it shouldn't. Both hands and arms were aching and the person who removed the IV did a poor job of it, Her staff name tag wasn't showing .
