I had spine surgery on Monday with Dr Jeff Rihn, who I cannot thank enough or say enough good things about for helping me with my back issues. I developed pain in my calf 3 days after surgery and so I headed into the ER to get it evaluated. From the front desk receptionist, the triage nurse, the PA Karyn, the ultrasound tech and the tech who drew my labs, everyone was wonderful, kind and efficient. I had to go to the ER the other day and cannot say enough about how great everyone was. This is the first time in the new ER section hardly had to wait.
Just got here my job sent me here cause of how much pain I was in and so far staff were great make me feel like I'm at my city hospital u Penn nurses and Dr is very pleasant
Well, I am grateful to Riddle. The Staff is awesome and give you information in terms you can understand and do not sugar coat anything. I will be switching all my medical over to Riddle/Main line. Thanks for everything you do !
My son and his girlfriend just had a baby, and they said the 2 night nurses, Mel & Allyson were great. Very patient and helpful with them and the baby. 8/2/17. Thank you very much for everything and making them feel special. ��
The best hospital that I have no doubt ever been in. The staffing was unbelievable , from check-in to leaving the ward. Can't say enough good things about the place, it's just great.
Excellent service. Friendly and fast. I highly recommend
