I had a colonoscopy today in Riddle Hospital, each nurse and Anesthesiologist and the Dr. That did the test was amazing, Hats off to Mary who took care of me and I hope you have a Happy Birthday on 11/11 lol ty all so much!!
This hospital is an absolute joke with staff members in the ICU and security team that clearly don’t know how to do their jobs.
I went to the hospital with chest pain and very low blood pressure they did one blood test two X-rays and came back to me and said I’m fine there is nothing they can do for me. So what that means is they read my medical history and said we are not getting into this patient history. No one gets in and out of the ER with chest pain in one hour.
My father had to stay on the 4th floor the end of July and (other than some therapy issues), I can't thank the floor staff enough for how much they cared for him! You could really tell they wanted what was best for him. The nurses, techs, social worker, case manager, doctors all kept his best interest in mind and helped make a difficult time in our family lives easier. I went into the ER at Riddle with a fractured arm and the staff there was just wonderful from the registration desk to the nurses and PA’s that made me feel comfortable and were concerned about my injury and well being and the time that they got my paperwork taken care of. They also got me in and out quick. I recommend Riddle ER.
They took excellent care of my mom during her 6 day stay. She has dementia so this was especially challenging for the staff. My go to hospital now!
Staff is very friendly and helpful
my grandmother was admitted October for a week. she was experiencing a lot of pain sores in her mouth hemagolbin levels at a 9 no energy she is 78 years old and got no pain meds and no results. fast forward to a month later. my grandmother is still sick with the same condtions and still in pain. she cant eat. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED in the care staff provided at this hospital. they never called and checked on her.
