After spending a sizable sum on this new equipment, and being a bit apprehensive about the setup appointment via telephone, I cannot say enough how Jeremy R**** made setting up my Ricoh Ri 1000 DTG machine & software as easy and as painless as it could be. He's VERY knowledgeable, very clear, very pleasant and very patient (ahem...lol). Luke was awesome. Had an issue but ended up being on myside(new USB needed). But Luke went above and beyond on helping me update my firmware on the printer.

We purchased our Ricoh ri 1000 by way of an authorized retailer. That retailer never completely covered the day to day requirements of it operation, resulting in a big cost to us approaching the end of 1 year. Luke G****** at Ricoh DTG Division at Anajet was very instrumental in our recovery. He took his time with us and managed it well. Even tho we had to pay for a new carriage at a cost of $2000. I recently bought a Ri1000 and so far so good I did had some issues with the colorgate software as there was an issue with the license update but after couple email/ phone call I had no response but finally was able to attend a Virtual seminar and I exposed my problem and within minutes after the seminar Jeremy R**** from Ricoh called me helped me install the colorgate and explained the process for me. Thanks for the support Jeremy Better late than never
Today I worked with a their Virtual Tech Support to get my Print Head installed. The process with Jeremy was FLAWLESS! HE was quick to answer calls, very detailed in his descriptions, we had a great facetime to see what needed to happen and he was incredibly polite. To even get to this point, I called in and email the ticket as requested on the website, and received a response within 24 hours.
