I worked with ***** ********* for over three hours to put a refurbished carriage in my printer. Not only was he very patient, he was very encouraging, took his time with me, and was very knowledgeable. He also helped me with a link to set up *********! This has been about a three month fix for my printer and happy it ended up on a positive note! Thank ***** you are amazing!

***** ********** was amazing in helping me with my new Ricoh Ri1000 Setup. I couldn't get ****** to install & he came to my rescue and solved all my issues. Give that guy a raise!"

I hit the tech support roulette jackpot when I called in and ***** answered the call. I wanted to cut corners and just order a replacement part so I could quickly resume printing but as it turned out, ***** kindly showed me just how wrong I was. He pressed for the information he requested and quickly assessed the printer issue. Due to a death in my family, troubleshooting and repair extended over the course of about 3 weeks yet ***** followed through on every promise, email and call. I recently purchased from a distributor of Ricoh and they were unable to help me so I contacted Ricoh directly. I spoke with a lady to begin with and she was very kind and patient with my concern. I was then put in contact with Jeremy R****, to help me with another item and he is completely ON TOP OF HIS GAME! He is fully knowledgeable with the product inside and out. We just had our meeting set up with Jeremy Rodas for our Ricoh ri2000. He did an excellent job with training us and answered every question that we had, which were right on track. Every explanation was thorough with all the information provided. We were very satisfied with the services and our machine. Thank You Jeremy Rodas!!!

Bought the Di 1000 DTG Printer , has an issue with the white ink , wont work, followed their direction to the letter several times , have been in manufacturing since 1974 , This$17,000.00 machine is the worst equipment ever made . Lost all of our printing business , wasted more than $1000.00 on Tee Shirts.... The most support we got was two ink cleaner cartridges.\ The only option I see is a Legal One .

Oh man they make it sound so good. Worst decision I’ve ever made in investing in this overpriced pile of crap. Customer Service was ok but I’m sure they are busy as hell due to the problems with this machine. There are cheaper options out there and I would encourage people to look elsewhere rather than Ricoh. The price of parts are absolutely a joke. Never again....

JERRY, JERRY HE'S THE MAN, IF HE CAN'T FIX IT.... He did an awesome job finding me a specialty part, and I'm SO thankful. He truely saved the day, my sanity, AND my business! Thank you, Jerry!
