I just want my money back. The sales rep began by giving a wildly different description of what the machine can do and how ricoh would be able to come and fix it at any time if there were problems because ricoh is literally everywhere. Well no one can come, you are either on the phone with techs for hours trying to fix it yourself or sending parts or the whole 400lb machine back and forth to **********. I love my Ricoh printers and I love working with Ricoh. Through the pandemic I think they have struggled with some things but they have worked through it very well and have always taken care of me.

I had a hard time trying to figure out what parts are where. The manual I received with the machine isn't as descriptive as I'd hoped for a first time buyer. I called and ***** helped me right away! He even offered to send me more details for future reference. What an ****** Thanks *****!!
Hello my name is ****** n just wanted to leave my experience with Ricoh. First few mnths were a headache not going lie but the team never stopped trying to make sure to solve issue on what was wrong with my printer or that I would get fixed. They went above to make sure I was back up n running after finding the problem grateful to the team support specially ******* thank you for all you did GOD bless.
