Luke was amazing. I was not the easiest customer to deal with because I felt that my needs were being ignored and I had purchased an oversize paper weight. After 2 hours on the phone I was able to get the best prints that I have ever gotten. THANK YOU so much Luke. I will be reading up on all of the items he book marked for me. I feel confident now that I will be able to give my customers the best quality shirts. Thank you again to Luke and Antionio.

Luke and Antonio are absolutely amazing! Between the two of them, we got the mysteries solved and are now back up and running. Their knowledge and patience with me in-particular made the results even more exciting! I give them a virtual high five - we can now get back to running our business.

Just got my RI100 and am very happy with how much one on one support Luke and the rest of the team have provided me. Like everything the machine is a learning curve and they continue to answer all my questions in a timely fashion and knowledgably!

Not even sure where to begin. I'd give 0 stars if possible. Purchased our Ri1000 sometime in February of 2020 which apparently was under anajet. I have now 1 YEAR LATER finally got a new rep to talk to, and she said that our old rep, old tech people, and even the old CEO were fired and let go because they were not up to the company standards. She also stated that Ricoh is a 1 BILLION dollar company, and they have the worst return policy possible. They make 0 exceptions for returns. They are such a large greedy company that t... read more

Antonio helped us troubleshoot shoot our printer and went the extra mile! Turns out it was a tiny problem and was fixed with a simple clean. I am still learning the printer but so far my Ri 1000 has been great! I can’t sing enough praises for the Ricoh Tech and customer service team!

I would like to thank Ricoh/****** for there A+ experience and awesome help!! I would like to thank Antonio for his services once again, his tremendous skills, his patience and the way he r the all’s to people make you feel very comfortable, I had a problem with an encoder strip to make a long story short Antonio went out of his way to ensure I received the encoder strip the ver next day by going to *****!! All I can say is THANKYOU Antonio and THANKYOU Ricoh ******!!!
