I love the welcoming atmosphere! I normally preferred working out by myself whenever I went to other gyms and people just did their own thing. When I first started coming 5wks ago, I thought it would be much the same. Not at all! I got a lot of introductions and support not just through my first workout but every workout. No matter where you are in your fitness level you will get a great workout!
I cant wait for my child to be of age to go to RICO’s gym, I don’t think I could trust anyone else instilling that type of knowledge and discipline in my son. Please don’t be fooled by other local gyms having people rate RICOs gym just to deter enrollment for your child or yourself, and for their own business gain.
Amazing place to train. Always greeted by friendly faces and always pushed to strive for the greatness within. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone wanting to learn martial arts just for fun or on a professional level.
It took me several tries to walk through the doors because I wasn’t sure MMA would be for me, but it was the best decision I made. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone is so kind. The instructors are well educated and ensure we are doing workouts properly to prevent injury. They get to know us individually so they know what our goal is and help us get there. Everyone is truly amazing and I’m blessed to have met them.
If you want a family to be apart of this is the place! Rico is amazing as well as all of the other staff! Rico makes it a point to know and talk to everyone that comes into the gym. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
RS MMA gives me hands down the best training I've ever had. Accountability, honesty, and the motivation to push myself beyond what I ever would have thought I could. The weight loss challenge truly was life changing for me and I now have a new found love for muay thai and physical fitness. Thank you to Rico Steele and all other staff members. You are amazing!!
After always wanting to learn some form of martial arts I stumbled across RS while driving through town and start doing muay thai and jiu jitsu. I found not just the best coaches but I found a family and that's how it should be great people great staff and clean facility 5 stars. Got my blue belt in jiu jitsu from coach Markus befor I left and now I'm a purple belt and jiu jitsu is a big part of my life
Great place. Love seeing our kid grow through the programs here. Life skills as well as martial arts are taught to the little ones.
As a young adult searching to better myself and learn self defense, I couldn't have chosen a better academy. Rs mma taught me indispensable defense lessons and experience. The owner as well, Rico, head some great life tools to share with everyone. Don't pass it up.
