SHAME ON ME! if you are in the Junction City, Ft Riley, Manhattan area and want to enroll yourself or your child, I HIGHLY recommend you check this place out. the coaches are phenomenal. My son did a year and a half here before we had to PCS. we were so saddened to leave because the people here really became family. we are now at a new location and just enrolled my son in another facility. they spoke very highly of my 5 year old and how competent he was about actually knowin... read more
Awesome community! If you are looking for a place where coaches and members make you feel like they’ve known you all your life, this is it. I’ve seen results in just one week and loving it!
we have been attending for 4 years and love it there. Rico, Markus, and the other coaches are amazing.
Love this place and the atmosphere! If you want access to a variety of classes for the whole family than this is the place. My family of five participate in Muay Thai, BJJ and fitness kickboxing and we love it. Rico is an amazing instructor and coach as is the whole staff.
In a lot of ways I am shy and quiet. Coming and working out with the coaches and other members is like being with family. Everyone rooting, encouraging and challenging each other. It is a healthy environment all the way around.
