I’ve been attending adult Muay Thai classes for about 7 months now. I’ve learned a lot, met some great people, and developed a new skill set. The coaches and instructors are experienced and cater to all students regardless of skill level.
I absolutely love this gym everyone is so supportive and so nice my kids love going and I enjoy going and learning new things this is a awesome gym everyone makes you feels like family I wish we could move everyone with us before I started this gym I tried all kinds of trainers I tried trainers on post off post and never did see the results but as soon as I joined Rico Steele’s 6 week challenge I seen change I’m down 25lbs and more to go and even tho the challenge is over Rico is still there encouraging me and helping me any... read more

Best Martial Arts gym in town!!! We love the family atmosphere and how much our boys are learning (ages 4 and almost 6). They are learning discipline and of course skills like focus, balance, muay thai and jiu jitsu. If we weren’t military moving soon, we’d put out 3 year old son also in and have the boys grow up learning here. It’s always fun to come and we are going to miss it so much!!!
I’ve had my daughter start martial arts at RsMMA for a couple of years, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. Can’t wait for her to start Brazilian JJ to add on to her MT. The adult programs are worth checking out as well. Feels like one belongs and we always have a great time and tons of family events.
Love the people, love the workouts, and love the family friendly atmosphere!
