I must say this is one of my family’s favorite places to go, the coaching staff is beyond approach when it comes to caring for the patrons. They want to help you reach your goals and share in you joy when you surpass them. My wife and I have lost over 80lbs and are learning a new skill! Couldn’t be happier with our experience at RS MMA! Come on down and join in on the fun!
Staff is encouraging and very supportive! They have put me on the right track to a healthier lifestyle and for that I am forever grateful.
Everything about this gym is top notch! I love that our whole family can be fit together, and I also love what a welcoming environment coach Rico has created from the moment you walk in the door! Worth every penny!
Even though we may have had a miscommunication when I needed to cancel my account I would still recommend his establishment. Love the instructors and the vibe of the establishment. It is sad that I had to leave under uncontrollable circumstances since it was the only place around that I had a great time at. Sorry for the miscommunication and hope that maybe one day under a better situation that I might return.
