We saw that this was one of Guy Fieri's visits and decided to check it out. The prices had my eyes a bit wide, as I had 6 kids with me that day :) But the food was amazing! I had the shrimp po boy and it tasted like the one I had years ago in Louisiana! The Remoulade sauce was perfect! My son had the jambalaya and those flavors were intense. He loved it! Proud to call this Chef a new friend...Rick has such a successful and decorated background in culinary arts. Some of my friends from Ohio spoke very highly of him before I even knew him!
