While in pigeon forge on vacation my Ford F-350 diesel blew a oil pump gasket could have been a disaster but Ricks service was excellent and was back on the road the next morning.. I Highly recommend them .

While on vacation, our a/c messed up and I took it to Rick's. Roger was very knowledgeable and helpful and got us back going again very quickly. I couldn't have had any better of service at home. Thanks for saving our vacation!!!
Absolutely the finest and most honest mechanic in Sevierville. You might have to make an appointment, but its well worth it. He is so busy because his honesty and quality work has earned his reputation with the locals.
A big thank you to these guys! While on our honeymoon our AC went out on our car and these guys went above and beyond for us! They are truly awesome and very nice. We couldn't thank you all enough for the kindness you showed us. We really do appreciate it!
