Our car broke down when we were hundreds of miles from home. It is such a sick feeling to be in a city where you don't know who you can trust. Thankfully, there was a couple in the restaurant where our car broke down and they told us to call Rick's. Rick's was booked for the next three days so we began to call other companies. Was gonna get a oil change, ended up paying 150% of what the estimate they gave me on top of being the slowest ever experienced, they also started horror stories of things unneeded to get fixed that another place said was working just fine. Trying to have me pay 800$ for a unneeded repair.
Although I was there longer than expected, everything was great and I was surprised how low my bill was!
Every time I've taken my car to Rick's they've gotten my work done under the time estimate and below the amount quoted. The work has always been done satisfactorily. I had to get a new battery yesterday and they did a diagnostic on my car. I was there for less than 30 minutes. I recommend Rick's to anyone having car issues.
Great service! They did a full inspection for me while I was in a hurry, in and out in 20 minutes!
Here on vacation from Lafayette La. We were having some battery issues, they took my truck in right away. They run an "old school shop" excellent service. Thanks to technician Nick for doing a great job, leaving my engine bay cleaner than when it came in.
Well I really don't know where to begin when it come to Ricks service center. I was referred to Ricks by my Veterans affairs doctor, she informed me of the exceptional work they perform and what a mistake for taking the advice. After taking my 1999 f250 7.3 4X4 in for service due to oil leaks on the front side, they replaced the timing cover.
