I have used Ricks for more years than I can count .I went to the garage when it was Bohanan's when he was with his brother Frank .They try to be fair in the pricing sometimes it's a little high but it's still a fair price .
Best place to go for personal attention and thorough service. They checked everything and fixed what needed to be done. Very pleased!
It was a great experience! I needed a few belts replaced for preventative maintenance and I thought I had to get breaks replaced however, they saved me about 20,000 more miles before that has to be done. I did need an oil change and come to find out, the wrong air filter was put in so they put the correct air filter in for me. Rick’s will be taking care of all my vehicle needs from now on!
I hate writing bad reviews for anyone and I’m not going to label this as one yet so use your own judgement. To get roders, calibers and breaks on my vehicle the parts are $330. They tried to charge me over $1100 to get parts and put on! I’m not a mechanic but that definately seems a little in the left field! That’s triple atleast what my parts are! Take it as u want.
This shop has had my car 90 days! I took my 2002 VW TDI diesel to Ricks to have a fuel problem fixed. A fuel injector pump was installed, I suppose because it is a complicated job and screws were dropped in my engine. The front clerk told me. He admits screws went in but won't admit his mechanic mad a mistake and he won't give me my car back, keeps delaying. I have asked for an engine replacement or the kbb value of the car, but he just said, Let's talk later and let me go: again!
They are one the best family and customer friendly places I’ve seen. This was my first time there and they were excellent to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend them if your in the area and need work done.
