LP leak. It took 2 service calls to get problem fixed. Two different men came to my home each a little over a week apart. Costly problem. LP bill in 30 days nearly $1000 and Ricks plumbing bill over $500. No confidence that either men were certified licensed LP repairmen because neither had proper gauge to see slow leak via ounces instead of pounds. Both men original said I had no leak. I called Rick's plumbing and explained my situation that I had a 24 year old water heater that looked like it was on it's last leg and needed someone to come out and replace it before Christmas because that would be awful if it busted during Christmas. They came out and did an amazing job and installed a nice water heater that should last me a long time.
