Great Job!! Quick service! I got my water heater installed the same day that I called. Totally enjoyed talking to my tech Jeremy. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous.
They are courteous and thorough and help work through any issues. Just got a new sink, faucet and dishwasher installed and I am very happy with everything.
No joke y'all save yourself so much time and trouble, just call these guys first! They were able to figure out and fix what other services couldn't. I pray I never have bathroom problems again but if I do I know who to call. Punctual, quick and very personable, I really felt at ease talking with them regarding our plumbing and septic issues.
Paul and his team are amazing!!! They responded quickly to a slab leak emergency and didn’t leave until it was fixed and my family had water again! They were courteous and respectful of our home, belongings, and even our cats as they worked diligently to get our leak stopped and water restored! Thank you guys so much!! We will never use any other plumbing service!
This is an excellent plumbing company! Second time I have needed them in an emergency and they came out straight away without hesitation! Very professional, honest and straight forward people and I will never use anyone else but Rick's!!!
