Our water heater went out and I had no idea who to call. Rick's had excellent reviews and worked with mine and my husband's busy schedules to get us up and running before the weekend and the Easter Holiday. Everyone was very professional and we will be sure to call them when we need any services in the future!
I work for Rick's, and love everything about this company. I had my shower faucet snap over the weekend and 2 of the guys were out there promptly, installed a new faucet and access panel. They were very professional and made my kids laugh. Within 2 hours from the break to repair and we had a working faucet and water back in my home. Thank you so much. Y'all are a blessing.
