I’ve been coming to Dr. Obray for a few years now, I know I’m in good hands with him and his care team.
My husband has used this provider, and was happy with the care provider. I decided that I would see him as well for my medical problems.This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised as I walked through the office at how well the staff worked together and how well coordinated the function of the back office was. Dr Rick has been treating me for 8 years and has been doing a great job. He always takes time to talk about my issues.
Don't waist your time or money with this Dr. He would not listen you and dig to the problem. I saw his 3 times, and I should ask for another dr. Right after my appointment. After first appointment I could not get my prescription for 5 day as his unprofessional assistant would not send it to my pharmacy. At my 2nd visit Dr came for 5 min and said I need to do 2 MRIs and left the rum before I had a chance to asked any questions and I ask his assistant to call him back and she said he is with another patient and he has lunch ri... read more
Dr Obray has excellent paper credentials. I trust his knowledge. I have seen him a couple of times and I am always rushed. He will pawn you off to a PA as quickly as possible. I had 3 appointments in a row cancelled by his team for an important injection. His practice makes you feel like a number. So take this for what it is. I love Rick, my 1st visit he sat down looked me in the eyes and “Tell me what is causing your pain and how long and where is it at?” I felt he cared about me, not just a number!
He always listened and went the extra mile. His staff is also amazing. Best doc I've had for pain management and I've lived with pain my entire adult life.
