Rick Tortora did an stellar job selling our home at Wake Forest. Since we live in another state, Rick assumed the responsibility as of an owner and fixed up the house to an excellent state to be marketed. Rick brought a viable offer the very next day, the house was on the market. Rick was very personable, warm, professional and efficient and was great to work with. The sale of the home and the closing was done seamlessly, with out us being at Wake Forest. We are thankful to come across Rick, who is a blessing to us.
