Customer service experience with Duane is fantastic every time I go. They also have a great shuttle service that takes me to the office and picks me up once my car is ready.
Service dept claims the problem with my car is that I bought a Honda. According to service they all Shake and rattle and I should just get used to it. Never seen a service dept that seems bothered by you bringing in your car. Said they would call me when ready and never did. I called 4 hours later to hear them say they found nothing wrong with my car. But apparently they weren’t gonna call me to let me know. Will never go back.
