They have great service! Always nice and helphul.
For an oil change and tire rotation it took me 3 trips to get the job done. 1st trip ...they wouldn’t honor the coupon they told me over the phone they would. 2nd trip .....after over an hour wait they did an oil change and never rotated the tires. 3rd trip..... they finally rotated the tires. Sad that I have to mark my tires to check if they do the job. Manager wouldn’t even come out of his office to even apologize that his workers charged me and didn’t do the work as well as it taking a customer to have to make THREE trips... read more
Mr. Andrew De Jesus is very unprofessional and rude. Do not go buy a car at the Used Car Section. The Manager Roy Santos is rude too.
Melvin always helps me and is so nice in the service department. He is friendly nice and sincere. Having to go service the car is a chore but he makes it pleasant!🙂
