RecommendedMy salesman was David Berreth and he spent a lot of time with me and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. I had already decided on a car and changed my mind during price negotiations and he was happy to take me back to the showroom to pick another car.
An employee damaged a rental car I was returning and tried to blame me. Fortunately, police reviewed the surveillance video and cleared me. Employees were rude, lied to the police, and the service manager and general manager were useless. I was a customer here for 10 years and I bought my car there, but I will never return or buy another car from Rick Case Honda.
