RecommendedOverall, the dealership is a good one. We have purchased 3 vehicles there since 2005. However, using the description of “Express Service” for the department that does oil changes is a misnomer. I had an appointment today to get an oil change and new wiper blades. I was on time for the appointment and the service advisor recommended getting the engine cleaning service also which I opted to do. I had to wait almost two hours to my car to be finished. To me, that is not really express service for simple procedures.
I had a great car buying experience at Rick Case Honda. Chris Massey gave us great customer service and helped us find our car. Howard Moss helped us tremendously during the financing process. It was a pleasure to buy a car from Rick Case Honda thanks to them.

Don’t let them work on your car if you own a premium vehicle or anything close to a BMW, or if you care for the car. Rear reflectors scratched, buffed instead of replaced. Rear emblem was put on crooked. Rear tail light was installed incorrectly, has condensation issue. They are directing me to BMW to solve the issue. Advisors are disrespectful and unpleasant to work with. Headlight covers were not installed, thus I drove 1 month with headlights open to environment. The service is great. Love when I buy or lease a car and still get great service after not just when purchasing. Getting your maintenance is fast and service person are friendly and helpful.
