Writing this review due to I bought a truck and waiting almost 2 months for an extra key salesman could not call me back I am still waiting for a callback no one returns calls when sale is done no kind of customer service . I will take my Business elsewhere Thank you Rick Case Team
Had some minor damage to my rear bumper on my Kia Soul 2019. Jordon in the collision center gave me an accurate estimate and scheduled me in for service. The team at Rick Case took care of everything. Gave me a ride home and had the work done in 1 day. They were very good and took care of me.
