I brought my car in to Rick Case Honda with instructions to get the car running excellent as I was traveling up to the Northeast. They took care of many issues but failed to check all the fluids. After driving about an hour, my oil light lit up. I was in need of an oil change. They had my car over a week and obviously never checked for that. My windshield fluid was filled but not the oil. Great I will have clean windows.
My experience with Service Advisor Tony Pereira was he gave Superior Customer Service.

I feel that Rick Case Honda is a great dealership that takes care of whatever you need for your vehicle and not take advantage of you!!! To me Rick Case is a very dependable dealership!!! I I had to buy another vehicle I would definitely go back to Rick Case!!!
