I called them today at 3:30 and had my AC working again by 4:15! Great customer service on the phone and the tech who came out to my house( Gavin?) So thankful for such a great company! Will refer and use again!
I had attempted to get an estimate and they added stuff onto the estimate that I did not want and when I asked them to take off what I did not want. I was told basically it is what it is. Not a good way to do business.

It is very convenient of you to only state half the truth with your negative comments. In fact, you came to us with only a vague sketch of your project and then you asked us to remove stuff from our original quote that would make it an illegal installation according to Wisconsin Plumbing Codes. We refused to reduce our ethics to do sub-standard work & possibly jeopardize the health & safety of you & your family!
