Very expensive, takes advantage of people with nice homes, and difficult to work with.
I was originally quoted up to $750 for some work I needed done. When I received the bill, it was for $1648.44. Over twice what I was quoted!!! I spoke to Nicki who agreed to lower the bill to $1210.94 which is still a ridiculous amount over what I was quoted. I’m extremely disappointed in their billing and they’re service. I swear the plumber didn’t know what he was doing and I’m stuck paying for it . I will be contacting the BBB also.

Finished the basement in my house. Countryside came in with the lowest bid and the best quality parts for running all new ductwork, a new furnace, a new air conditioner, and a garage furnace. All work was completed on time with top notch quality. Great communication with Troy from the start with the quote and with Mike L with the install.

I have a pinhole leak in the water softener salt tub. It's a very slow leak. I thought Countryside could either empty the tub and patch the hole or replace the plastic tub with a different one. Nope...they think I should buy a new softener. There's NOTHING WRONG with the softener itself. Just a pinhole in the plastic tub that holds the salt. I hope they don't charge me for that visit. They guy had no interest in helping me unless I bought a new softener. Pretty arrogant. They did all the plumbing when I first built the house... read more

I've been so happy with all of our service that we've received from Countryside. They have been prompt and helpful every step of the way. Tony, in particular, made the whole process just that much better. He was so nice and so easy to work with.
Beware of the trip charge. They bill out at $125 an hour and it takes them 40 min to get to the East Metro. Thats 80 Min in drive time. Add that to your bill and thats nearly $170. If they are doing a smaller job, it ups your price by 30%. That should be disclosed before they do the work. Guy was at the house for a max 3hrs and i was billed for 4.5........
This company did the plumbing on our new build in New Richmond. They put in the wrong toilet seats, failed to have the shower fixtures we requested from our builder (so we had to drive 20+ miles one way to purchase them ourselves) and failed to install a gas water heater that we asked our builder for in 3 (three) separate emails. They also failed to turn the gas off when they installed the furnace.
