RecommendedI received top notch service from Countryside! I lucked out; they had a technician out to my home within the hour that I called for service. The technician was super friendly, very informative, & answered all of my questions. The office gals were also very friendly & helpful. I Highly Recommend Countryside! 👍🏻
First, I took a day off of work to meet with the plumber only to find out that they didn't put me on the schedule. Then I had someone out, and he said the wax seal was leaking, so I asked him how much it would be to replace the whole toilet since I had one in stock, and he said "just the time I spend." If I had known that the bill would be nearly $300 to replace the toilet, I would have just gone with the wax ring. Not a good experience.
Highly recommend! Next day service! Their service people are top notch all around..respectful and conscientious about not tracking mud all the way through the house. Will be recommending to others for sure.
Horrible experience on billing, repairs and they refused to call back on invoice inquiries. Absolutely stay clear of this business. They charge hourly rate from the minute their plumbers depart... guess this is somehow legal. Part was easily double markup. I could go on and on.
I called this morning because my furnace would start, but not blow..they came in about an hour and went up on the roof to break off the ice on the frozen vent! They were great! I know they are busy, but they took their time and got it all going!
Our septic system failed in mid December and the team at Countryside was able to design and install a new system very quickly, before the weather got worse. Very responsive, great service through the entire process. Thank you
I've used them for over 15 years since I've lived in New RIchmond. Recently, I called them about an air conditioner issue. They came out right away and fixed it with just the part that was needed. Awesome service, great technicians! Highly recommend calling them for any of your Plumbing, heating or air conditioning needs.

When you turn on your central air and it makes a strange little whine and the fan blades aren't turning, you know you might be in trouble, especially if your appliance is a dinosaur. I was looking ahead to a very hot weekend with a very crabby husband in no air conditioning, but your friendly and skillful service man had it running in seconds. I really appreciate the lightning fast service and the kindness of your employee (whose name I forgot to get). Thank you!
