Tom arrived on New Years Weekend to fix our furnace. Didn't have the needed computer board but found one in less than 24 hours and got it installed and up and running perfectly! Tom is absolutely GREAT!!!
Got in touch with Countryside when our furnace blower motor went out causing us to not have any heat. Since we have an infant in the house they sent a tech right away. The furnace was up and running in less than an hour. Great job and would definitely recommend them!
Horrible company to deal with. Over-priced and arrogant people. Customer Service is not their strong point!
Scam artists!! Do not trust these people they should not be in business!! The service they provide is horrible, they are extremely rude, and try to take advantage of their customers. Stay away from this business!

Had good luck with Countryside in the past, but will use somebody else from here on out. $255 bill for a $66 part and barely 20 minutes on site to diagnose and replace.

Mr. Hanson - I feel bad that you were unhappy with our repair & same day service when your furnace would not light. What you failed to acknowledge is that you were charged $90 to diagnose your initial problem and $152 for the ignitor which included the installation cost, not just the part. You also did not reveal that you live in Amery and our technician had to drive from New Richmond to do the repair, so there is no way he only spent 20 minutes on your service call, because it took him longer than that to drive there and ba... read more
