RecommendedI was on a week long trip with the driver OTI who did a exceptional job I will recommend Richmond limousine to everybody.
we ordered a 2018 Chrysler 300 for my grandmothers 90th birthday party and not only were they an hour late picking her up but they also sent a older model truck that had been wrecked and was dirty and also took 15-20 mins to get my grandmother in and out of. tried to contact the company but not getting a response from anyone. I think my mother deserves her money back. Never again will we go with this company.
Totally professional all the way around. Showed up on time (7 mins early in fact), and the car was as nice as described. Woody was a great driver and volunteered to take the photos for group shots (not while driving of course). Setting the reservation by phone was easy too! In short, Richmond Limousine met or exceeded our expectations for a prom limo experience. They will be the first I’ll call next time I need a limo.

Thank you for making my sons 10th bday a great success! When I booked my reservation the staff went above and beyond to deliver all the feasible requests I had!
