This is our second trip with Richmond Limousine and it was just as great as the first time! JR was our driver and was so friendly, fun and easygoing! He even showed up a little early to make sure he could find our pickup location timely. We had the best time and will always use Richmond Limo!
Do NOT use this company! I pre-paid for a 10 passenger limo. 24 hours before my event they called saying they had NO limos and would send a bus. I asked for a refund so that I could go with another company. Instead of a refund they said they would send an 8 passenger limo. (Which wasn't available the 1st time I asked.) With the 8 passenger I had to remove 1 person from the event. :-( There is a price difference between the 8 and 10 passenger. My daughters senior prom was last night for Petersburg High School!! The service we received for our baby was EXCEPTIONAL!!! She was the only passenger for the night Mr. Nathaniel was simply amazing and Superb Professionalism and Customer Service!!!
