The operations manager hung up on me because I complained about the vehicle and the service. I am posting this merely because they were so rude. I am Completely Disappointed.

If you need one of the BEST drivers the one and only name is Oti he bought us from Biloxi, Mississippi to Atlanta and safely home to Va. during the Hurricane. I recommend Oti. HE IS THE BEST.... and I ❤ RICHMOND LIMOUSINE!!!
