I had the best trip.... The driver was so nice he was on time and friendly... He helped me in surprising the birthday girl...I know who to call when I need a limo
A couple of weeks ago I asked for a price match and they weren't able to do it because it was too low and they were not even willing to discount just a little. I love this car service company because we have used it a few times but they don't price match like they say.
The vehicle that I reserved wasn't what showed up at my doorstep. No explanation was given. It took me 3 phone calls initially to make sure the reservation was solid because an email confirmation was never sent. The prices are lower than most. But I would say this is a prime example of getting what you pay for as far as the overall experience with this company. There are some other details that were not satisfactory that I won't speak on. Will definitely try someone else in the future.
What a fun experience and a WONDERFUL memory with family and friends! Linwood was fantastic and made our night perfect! Richmond Limousine assured us that their drivers were experienced professionals and that was undoubtedly the case for our tour! Many thanks! We highly recommend to friends! Richmond Limo gave us a wonderful experience!
