Richmond Exteriors helped us repair some damaged siding and gutters on our home. A tree had fallen and knocked off a gutter and put a hole in the siding on our home. Richmond was able to work with our insurance company and offer us peace of mind in the whole process. Work was completed in a timely manor and everything looks great. I had a copper roof replaced on my bay window after leaking off and on for a year. I called several roofing companies and nobody had the skill to replace the existing copper roof to its original state. Richmond came and replaced the existing cooper roof and it has been bone dry and the copper roof looks great. They stuck to the original estimate and the work was completed in a few days. Very happy with their work.

Hired company to repair gutter on the northside of the house in October 2017. They did not start the work until mid December. The first work team stopped pat of the way through the job because they said they could not work without getting on the neighbors property. A second team was sent in to finish the job. We are extremely unhappy with the quality of the customer service received and advise others against using this company.
