This company lies and does not meet there obligations. My house is suffering damage due them not completing there job. They will not answer there phone or emails. Do not do business with this company.
We this process in March. I understand ***** and it taking longer to get our fence in. We finally get a "text" saying that they expect to start installing on May 10. I call after 12:30 when no one has shown up. They say that they have not received the fence yet. After a couple of VM's. *** Jared Richmond returns my call and resets the schedule for June 2, 2021. We now having issues with rain. It is again rescheduled for June 10. No call to say that they are not coming because of rain. I try calling again and all I get is eve... read more
Great customer service. Exceptional job replacing our roof and addressing all aspects of the job. Richmond even came back out to replace a broken vent part that failed unrelated to the roof replacement.
The crew was efficient and polite. The work was done quickly and nicely. This is our second time to use Richmond.
Had new gutters installed along with gutter guards. Would recommend this company to everyone as I am 100% satisfied. Also would recommend getting gutter guards too, this makes maintaining clean gutters so much easier.
Did a fence in backyard. Looks great! Adding to appeal for selling
Had them out to put gutters on my house a few years ago and they did a fantastic job, so this spring when it was time for new gutters on the detached garage I gave them a call.

The work was done within the time frame given; we had to have two sections of gutter replaced and the gutter screen was installed on our gutters; all looks well and we trust that the screen will last for years to come and protect the gutters as we were told it would. John O.
While the guttering was done right, the gutter guards were forgotten during the initial install. After calls, texts, and an email to *****, whom quoted the job, I got no contact from him. Called **** at Richmond and he noted the gutter guards were left off the order and would be in the following week. The next day I received a call to pay for the incompleted job.
