Honest and reliable. Trust no one else!
Like others, we were from out of town (Florida) and had a major oil leak. I tried the local Ford dealer (Broadway) but he had no time to talk, look at, or do anything for THREE WEEKS OR MORE and would only suggest an Oil change company then hung up. I then called Smith Ford in Rexburg who suggested I call Ross who was three blocks away. Even though it was a Fri afternoon Ross said to come into his shop. OMG. MY HERO!!!!!!!! We were on our way home from vacay in Montana and our truck broke down on a Saturday afternoon. By the time we got to the shop, they were closed. We camped out in our camper for the night, and was planning for Sunday too…..Sunday came and we heard music coming from the building. We knocked on the door and Ross was so AMAZING to come out, look at the truck, told us what was wrong in 5 minutes, got the parts and came back within 10 minutes, and fixed us up in less than an hour!!!!!
