He is a goo repair shop but when you have a big repair and need fixing instead of just paying for parts to get fixed he wants you to pay for the full repair before it is even done won't work with you on the big repairs even if you are on a fixed or limited income won't let you just pay for parts wants it paid in full before work is done
Great guy to work with. Honest and reliable. Saved me thousands of dollars from what was quoted to me from a local dealership. All said and done my bill from Ross's was less than $100. This mechanic has earned my business from now on. I would highly recommend Ross's Diesel & Auto Repair.
