She was very serious, competent, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and concerned about my situation.
Doctor was very thorough when explaining my treatment and took the time to answer all my questions.
Dr. Allen is the absolute best at what he does. He's honest, and will tell you the truth without beating around the bush. Friendly and easy to talk to. He doesn't talk down to you or in a condescending way. I wouldn't consider seeing anyone else.
After being misdiagnosed, and maldiagnosed, I was referred to Dr Barlow, and my heath has greatly improved. His upbeat manner and attention to detail combine to personify the best aspects of healthcare. I have a chronic problem, and his advice “Go forward and live your life” was a wake up call. From the sign in to my exit, everything went smoothly and the staff valued my time. This was my 4th procedure with Dr. Barlow and his staff and the care was very good and always has been. I have no issues and will continue my relationship. Oh, and OMG where have heated blankets been all my life?!
Dr. Hansen's amount of experience first caught my attention. I had a procedure done with Dr. Nydia Sanchez and was so impressed. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel confident in her care. She’s informative, professional, a straight shooter—in the best way—and overall just awesome. Her office even called two days later to check in on how I was feeling, which really stood out. Looking forward to our follow-up appointment!
I made an appointment on the Gastrohealth portal and showed up at this doctor’s office. Took time off from work and walked in feeling sick, in the middle of a storm. There was no record of my appointment. I showed them my confirmation and they just smiled and said if they didn’t call me that’s not valid. So why allow the patient to make appointments that don’t exist? That they have no knowledge of? Why not put a huge sign that says you don’t really have an appointment…and if you are lucky, someone might see this and call you... read more
Dr Maxson performed emergency surgery on me and scheduled my post operation follow up appointment for 10 weeks after. Now, Maxson's office has contacted me and told me Dr Maxson will not see me because they do not accept my insurance. Post op appointments are usually no additional charge and are included with the cost of the surgical procedure. I offered to pay out of pocket and I was told that wasn't an option. I have a stint he put in me and now he won't remove it or even see me for my post op follow up.
