Around covid I contracted an antibiotic resistant bacteria from a nursing home. First treatment was through an emergency room who failed to test me. A family friend referred me to Dr. Wenger who seemed knowledgeable enough and I felt comfortable going through the colonoscopy. He told my family that there was no signs of infection but small patches were present which he believed to be crohns. All services provided were accurate and professional, wait time was minimal, and all staff were courteous.
Old dressings are left on, a sore was caused from drainage tubes with no help in aftercare, physical therapist didn’t show up for appointment. Once surgery is over, you’re on your own. There is very little guidance or medical follow up.
Post colonoscopy visit was clear and concise. Dr Goodman went over the type of polyp that was found and said he will see me in 3 years.
Dr Sonderling is one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. He is highly educated, extremely knowledgeable, warm, considerate, caring, and has the best bedside manner. I have been going to him for 30 years and I could not have found a better doctor. He is a five star rating, but I would give him 20 stars. I recommend him very highly to everyone. You will be extremely happy as I was and my husband.
Dr. Sanchez performed an Endoscopy on me as a follow up to a previous Endoscopy from 2022. It was the first time I met her in the procedure room and she had a lot of energy. I meet with her PA Kristine but, would like to have more contact with her directly.

I found Dr. Dean Palmer to be top professional and very caring and follow through if he sees problem without alarming me. He is very knowledgable and fine human being!His staff is very friendly and efficient.
I told the staff when I got the office the prep didn't work. They proceeded with procedure anyway. I also told them I had said severe cramps they said use a heating pad. Im now severely constipated with excruciating cramps. They said we can see you in a month or go to the ER. Worst experience of my life and still in severe pain. Never doing this again!
